You can lose up to 2 pounds a day on this plan. It will purify your body's system. You have to drink the fresh squeezed lemonade for 36 hours, and then you break the fast. You will then add raw fruits, raw vegetables, and soups to your diet. You need to eat plenty of foods such as yogurt to replenish your digestive system. You can then start eating normally again. Just avoid sweets, potato chips, and other junk foods. You will also have to use a salt water flush and drink green or peppermint tea, to help get rid of toxins in your body. There are other foods that are recommended following this diet, to maintain your weight loss.

The Lemonade Diet Plan:

Lemonade Drink Mix: (makes one gallon)

Fresh squeezed lemon juice of 5 lemons.

1 and 1/4 cup of organic maple syrup

1 tsp. of red cayenne pepper

10 cups of purified water.

You can place your lemonade in a gallon container and drink on it through the day. One gallon will last all day long. You need to drink the salt flush when you wake up each morning. The salt flush is 2 teaspoons of non iodized sea salt and one quart of lukewarm water. You need to drink the green or peppermint tea every night before bed.
